PATRON

Ferretti 760 | 24.01 meters

DESCRIPTION

A wealth of sun-blessed outdoor spaces makes Patron a superb option for warm-weather cruising, and a triple-width sunpad out on the foredeck provides the perfect place for working on your tan. At the more sheltered, teak-lined aft-deck, meanwhile, you will find a curved transom sofa and a breakfast table, as well as side steps down to a full-beam bathing platform with a recessed storage space. The bridge is given over to semi-circular sofas, rounded sun pads, an upper helm and a wet-bar station with a grill and chilled drinks storage.

A restrained and elegant interior with accents of glazed teak and glossy cherry with burl inlay harkens back to the golden age of yachting, while rounded edges and curved sofas offer a user-friendly experience while out at sea. North American 760s have been subject to a makeover by legendary designer Marty Lowe, whose fastidious attention to detail ensures that creature comforts are never far from reach. To the rear of the salon there is a U-shaped upholstered or leather sofa surrounding a bespoke coffee table that sits across from a set of cabinets. A couple of steps up takes you to the dining room,, as well as a port-side enclosed galley. The galley features granite work surfaces, a full-size American-style fridge-freezer, a four-zone hob, a premium brand convection oven and a double sink lined in stainless steel. Japanese-style screen doors separate the bulk of the main deck from the pilothouse, where you will find a helm boasting Rexroth single-lever controls, a Caterpillar engine display panel, Raymarine electronics, Furuno radar, a Northstar chartplotter, Shipmate VHF radio, stern and bow thruster controls and hydraulic steering.

Four en-suite cabins across the lower-deck for up to eight overnight guests provide the perfect, mood-lit space for a lengthy lie-in. A double cabin to the bow features a queen-sized bed, a pair of hanging lockers and a skylight while a pair of roomy amidship twins never feel cramped or dark. A full-beam owner’s stateroom, however, has the sort of dimensions required to fit in a pair of leather armchairs, a queen-sized island bed, oval portholes, a work-desk, a walk-in closet, display cabinets and a large, marble and timber-lined bathroom with a waterfall shower cubicle.
A swift mover across a range of conditions, the Ferretti 760 can reach a top speed of around 34 knots thanks to a pair of 12V Caterpillar V-drives. At a cruising speed of approximately 29 knots this yacht will still feel well-balanced, quiet, and efficient due to a Kevlar-reinforced planing hull with a fine entry, a 12-degree transom deadrise and a gel coated finish.
